A governmental institute is a specified and defined title in budget of the country. Auditing and Financial Affairs Department is a department in an executive organization (such as ministries or governmental institutes) which is entitled to receive part of or its entire budget from the government. Financial Affairs and Auditing Department has been managed as an independent legal entity. The department changed its title to Financial Affairs and Auditing of BHRC in 2011 as a result of a merger of several scientific and training centers.
Responsibilities
Supervision on spending credits according to the ratified budget;
Supervision on collecting the center’s dues and transferring them to the General Treasury’s account;
Reimbursement of all dues and prepayments such as personals’ salary, expenses, purchases etc.;
Recording and maintaining all the centers’ properties according to the rules specified for governmental properties.
